In pursuit of this mission, the university is proud to announce that this year, there are over £500,000 worth of scholarships specifically earmarked for exceptional MBA candidates.
These scholarships include the esteemed Global Excellence scholarships as well as the prestigious GREAT scholarships, sponsored by the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. These opportunities are open to international students who are paying tuition fees and aim to support their academic journey at the University of Exeter.
To be eligible for the various scholarship programs, applicants must fulfill the following primary eligibility conditions:
- Applicants must be classified as International students for fee purposes, which includes EU students who are required to pay International fees.
- Applicants must already hold an offer for a qualifying full-time Postgraduate taught degree at the University of Exeter, with the intention of commencing their studies in September.

The selection of scholarship recipients is based on the following criteria:
- Academic merit, which is assessed based on the information provided in the program application. Applicants are expected to demonstrate that they have achieved, or have the potential to achieve, a level of academic performance equivalent to a UK upper second-class degree.
- The ability to demonstrate the following attributes during the application process: academic ambition, future career aspirations, a genuine need for the scholarship and how it will support their ambitions, a sense of social responsibility, and a willingness to actively engage with the Exeter community.
To apply for the University of Exeter Postgraduate Taught Scholarships, applicants must first enroll in a full-time study program. It is necessary to submit an application for a study place to receive either a conditional or an unconditional offer.
