NITDA, the National Information Technology Development Agency, has partnered with Coursera to provide learning scholarships for Nigerian citizens. These scholarships aim to enable individuals to obtain professional certifications from renowned multinational tech companies such as Meta, Google, IBM, as well as top-ranked universities in the United States.

Under this collaboration, each scholar will be granted six-month access to a Coursera license. During this period, scholars are expected to utilize their time effectively to complete multiple professional certifications. However, it is important to note that scholars can only be enrolled in one certification program at a time. As part of the application process, applicants are required to select one certification program from both Category A and Category B that they desire to be enrolled in.
